Kristen Molinaro
Founder
Kristen Molinaro is the founder of Keystone Yoga and has been a devoted student of the practice since 2011. What began as a personal search for grounding and strength evolved into a calling to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and welcome exactly as they are.
Kristen completed her 200-hour teacher training at Peace of Mind Yoga Studio in Conyngham, Pennsylvania, under the guidance of Lynn Patton and Kristen Yuhas.
Her training included study with nationally recognized teachers Annie Q., Sid McNairy, and Deborah Williamson. She has continued her education through specialized training in Yoga for Trauma, Addiction and Recovery, the Prison Yoga Project under James Fox, and Chair Yoga for Seniors.
Kristen also continues to study under Sid McNairy, deepening her understanding of intelligent sequencing, functional movement, and sustainable practice. In addition, she has spent the past decade learning from teachers such as Rachel Brathen and internationally certified yoga teacher Pradeep Teotia.
Her teaching experience spans studios, gyms, public parks, schools, community groups, and correctional facilities, working with students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. These experiences shape a teaching style rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and respect for each individual’s body and lived experience.
After moving to Florida in 2019, Kristen followed a deep desire to build a yoga community that felt real, unpretentious, and supportive. Keystone Yoga opened in 2021 as an extension of that vision. Her classes gently invite students to explore their edge while staying connected to breath, safety, and self-trust. Kristen believes yoga is not about how it looks, but how it feels, and considers it an honor to hold space for each person who steps onto the mat.
