Classes for Everyone

Challenge yourself in a heated room around 88 degrees and discover what you're capable of. This powerful, energizing flow builds strength, endurance, and flexibility while helping you release stress and stay fully present. You'll leave feeling accomplished, empowered, and ready to take on whatever comes next.

Power
Before the emails, errands work and endless to-do lists, give yourself time for you. This energizing morning flow helps you release stiffness, clear mental clutter and build the strength and focus that carry through the rest of your day. Leave feeling awake, grounded, and ready to show up as your best self.

Wake Up
Slow down, move with intention, and build a stronger connection to your body. This steady, alignment-focused practice gives you time to explore each posture, making it an excellent choice for beginners while still offering benefits for experienced students. As you improve strength, stability, and body awareness, you'll leave feeling more balanced, more confident in your movement, and better equipped to carry that sense of steadiness into everyday life.

Hatha
Rediscover what's possible for your body in a supportive, encouraging environment. Using a chair for stability and support, this gentle 45 minute practice makes yoga accessible while helping improve mobility, build strength, and increase confidence in everyday movement. Whether you're managing limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a more supported practice, you'll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more comfortable in your body.

Chair
Move with purpose, challenge yourself and discover what is possible for you. This energizing flow builds strength, flexibility, and confidence while helping you quiet distractions and stay present. Set in a gently heated room, you'll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you walked in.

Vinyasa
In a world that constantly asks you to do more, Yin Yoga offers space to simply be. Through long-held poses and mindful breathing, you'll release deep-seated tension, improve mobility, and give your nervous system a chance to slow down and reset. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to a sense of calm that stays with you long after class ends. Class concludes with a few moments of singing bowls to enhance relaxation. (Some substitute teachers may not include singing bowls.)

Yin
Slow down, breathe deeply and give your body the care it deserves. This gentle practice helps release tension, improve mobility, and quiet the mental noise that can build throughout the day. You'll leave feeling more relaxed, more comfortable in your body and better equipped to move through life with ease.

Gentle
When rest alone doesn't feel like enough, Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to truly reset. Often called "yogic sleep," this guided meditation practice helps quiet the mind, release deep-seated tension, and create space for healing and renewal. You'll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself, often with benefits that extend into better sleep and a greater sense of well-being. Classes are approximately 30 to 45 minutes and may vary each week.
