If you’re a beginner to yoga, Vinyasa Yoga is a great place to begin.

Vinyasa Yoga is a breath-centered practice that connects movement and breath, giving you an opportunity to learn the foundations of yoga while building confidence in your practice. You’ll be guided through each class with options and modifications offered throughout, so you can find what feels right for your body. It's a great way to become familiar with common yoga poses, movement patterns, and the rhythm of a yoga class.

Looking for more of a challenge?

Power Yoga is a great option if you’re drawn to a more athletic practice. Power Yoga builds strength, endurance, and confidence through a stronger, more dynamic style of movement. Our Power Yoga classes are designed to meet you where you are, with opportunities to modify and make the practice your own.

So, which yoga class is right for you?

If you’re completely new to yoga, start with Vinyasa or Hatha and give yourself the opportunity to learn the foundations and settle into your practice. If you already enjoy a strong physical practice and want to challenge yourself, Power Yoga may be the perfect fit.

Wherever you start, there’s no “right” way to begin. The best class is one that supports where you are today and gives you room to grow.
