Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Booking your class ahead of time is the most effective way to secure your spot.
To honor everyone’s time, there will now be a $5 fee for a No Show. Classes may be cancelled a minimum of 2 hours prior to start time through the Momence app or Momence website. If you cancel after the 2 hour minimum or do not show, you will be charged $5 plus applicable credit card fees. We encourage you to continue reserving your spot for classes.
This policy applies to all students, including new student specials and existing annual members. Our goal is to ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, and implementing this policy will help us maintain the integrity of our class scheduling system. The primary purpose of this new policy is to promote timely booking, allowing teachers adequate time for preparation. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may happen, leading to missed classes despite your intentions.
